SMB Logic is a Kansas City digital agency founded in 2013 by our owner, Matthew Friedman. His goal was to build a digital marketing agency that is affordable and accessible to small and medium-sized business owners while also providing high-quality digital services and solutions. We are an agile, tight-knit team of experienced professionals from a cross-section of various professional disciplines who work together to create some truly inspired and amazing software and marketing assets for our clients.
Our company is headquartered in the Lenexa Kansas suburb of Kansas City, but we can (and do) serve clients throughout the KC metro as well as nationwide. We provide our clients with exceptional, brand identity and logo development services, website design/development services, SEO/SEM services, software & application development, and cross channel marketing campaign strategy design & implementation.
We deliver innovation and progress for our clients. Our team has worked with a variety of brands at many different stages of maturity, and it is the depth and breadth of these past experiences which give us the ability to bring unique perspectives from other relevant markets into our present and unrelated projects. Even though every project we take on is custom, we have developed a specific process for project success. Here are the highlights of what a typical client experience looks like.
GETTING ACQUAINTED
Before we start any project or ever think about a single line of code, we need to get to know you. We need to be able to understand your goals and your organization, and we do this through a completely free, 1-hour casual meeting with one of our solution advisors. When the time comes to talk shop, we’ll be able to make pointed, specific recommendations to help you accomplish your goals.
SOLUTION DESIGN
Once we have an understanding of your project goals and your organization as a whole, our team will work on putting together a project roadmap and a custom estimate for the scope of work that we have identified to best help you accomplish the digital goals you have articulated. We will share our thoughts, you share yours, and we can revise until everybody feels confident in moving forward.
PRODUCTION
We can kick a project into production as soon as we arrive at an appropriate scope of work and an acceptable budget. Throughout the development process, your project manager will be your single point of contact. Our project managers work closely with our creative team of designers and programmers to keep projects on track, represent your voice, and to bring your project concept into reality.
